Regardless of the modality you choose to carry out the certification, this first meeting will be online via Zoom.

10 days prior to the start of the certification we will have a session of approximately 3 hours, to get to know each other, to know the intention that each student has when beginning this learning and to talk about different basic and theoretical topics about Singing Bowls from a quantum and energetic perspective.

Topics:

• Brief history of Singing Bowls, their sacred origins, their relevance in ancestral traditions and how they have transcended the centuries to reach our hands.
• Classification, manufacturing, quantum characteristics and how these factors determine their energetic resonances..
• Techniques and development of the different vibrational frequencies and how each of them can influence our state of consciousness and physical and emotional well-being. Conscious connection and integration of our physical body in quantum space, tuning our own sound and energetic presence with the frequencies and vibrations generated by the Singing  Bowls.

First face-to-face or online meeting (depending on the modality you choose) you will explore the power of sound in a very personal practice, working on consciousness and vibration, as well as its influence on your energetic and subtle being.

Topics:

• Consciousness, mental concentration and Sound Vibration, how to channel the power of our mind through these 3 elements to deepen your consciousness and expand your sense of reality. You will begin to explore the true potential of Sound Therapy and its transformative capacity.
• Peripheral Sound Capture and Integration, those sounds that are usually outside of our conscious focus but are an integral part of our listening experience to tune into the most subtle frequencies of Singing Bowls.
• Discovering your personal sound through the auric field, using the vibration of Singing Bowls to explore and tune into the unique frequency we resonate with.
• Classification of metals in the manufacture of Singing Bowls and how these influence its sound and vibration. You will choose the Bowls that best suit your needs and objectives.

Connection is one of the main characteristics of this practice, this day you will deepen your breathing, you will understand the power of frequencies and how to apply it in your sessions.

Topics:

• Conscious breathing synchronized with the sound emanating from the Bowls to establish a deeper connection with their energy and how this affects your body.
• The power of mudras, hand postures used in meditation and spiritual practice to channel and focus energy during sound therapy.
• Perception of Singing Bowls in the subtle field (energy space that surrounds us) learning to perceive and interpret these interactions to understand how the Bowls affect us on an energetic level.
• Application of other Sonotherapy instruments as a supplement to Singing Bowls, This will give us a more complete vision and allow us to develop a more varied and versatile practice.
• Sound massage with bowls around and above the body, Through this practice you will use the vibrational frequency of the Singing Bowls to guide sessions.

You will learn different techniques to guide sessions, understanding your body and how sound vibration has a positive impact on it. 

Topics:

• Energy Points within the therapy, location, characteristics and how to work with them through vibration and sound to balance and harmonize body energy.
• The power of Sound, Vibration and Resonance, understanding how they interact to produce therapeutic effects.
• Sound bath in 1 to 1 therapies, a technique that consists of surrounding the individual with sound and vibration. You will learn about its implementation, benefits and the optimal way to carry it out.
• Structure and benefits of body fluids to use as a tool in vibrational therapy.
• Practice of different techniques in Prone and Supine to treat contractures, muscle tensions and ailments.

We will focus on deepening the knowledge of various pathologies that can be addressed through sound therapy. We will examine a variety of conditions and discuss how Sound Therapy can be used to improve the wellbeing and quality of life of people living with these conditions.

Subjects:

• Application of sound through brain waves (Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta) and how different sounds and frequencies can help stimulate or calm your mind.
• Knowledge and development of the different therapeutic pathologies
• Application of Wind Gong as another supplement in sound therapy with Bowls. Its deep resonances and harmonics create an energy sphere that facilitates healing and energy balance.
• Use of other instruments as output channels to enhance the session, not only for their own vibrational qualities, but also as tools that direct the energies released during the session. 
• Knowledge of the energy load and overload on our body, how relieve it and restore energy balance with Sound Therapy. 

You will learn to apply all the benefits of Sound Therapy with Singing Bowls with a holistic approach, tuning into the sound and personalizing the sessions individually according to the needs of each person.

• Projection through the sounds and frequencies we generate, understanding how it has an impact on the energy field and how we can use it to positively influence the environment and ourselves.
• Tuning, specific and individual application of sound massage. Each person is unique, and as such, sound therapy must be tailored to your specific needs and circumstances. You will learn how to evaluate each individual and how to design a sound massage plan that aligns with their needs and goals.
• Sound massage, a holistic method to improve health (physical, mental and spiritual level): This module reaffirms the holistic vision of sound massage. It is about addressing health at all levels: physical, mental and spiritual.
• Advanced study of sound, time and energy, offering a deeper and healing experience. 

You will continue with the practice of attunements, using scientific, universal and energetic principles to create group experiences of resonance and deep connection.

Topics:

• Meditation and mindfulness techniques to keep our thoughts away from problems and worries.
• Possibilities and setbacks of the patient in the sound massage, care, follow-ups, structure of the sessions. We will discuss the importance of ongoing care and monitoring, and how to efficiently structure sessions to facilitate maximum growth and healing.
• Harmonious foundations within group resonance. We will discuss group dynamics and how they can be managed and shaped to produce a positive and beneficial collective resonance to explore new forms of creative expression within this modality.
• Practice and development of techniques with our instruments: To conclude the day, we will dedicate ourselves to practicing and developing your skills with the instruments. This will allow you to consolidate your skills, increase confidence and competence in the use of these healing tools.
